Cassandra Hayes

Founder and Chief Strategist

As Chief Strategist, I leverage my considerable strategic planning and marketing skills to increase revenue streams amid unprecedented competition, and shrinking donor support. I've earned my expertise on both sides of the aisle; serving on numerous boards, Meeting Professionals International, Small Business board of the Greater Phila. Chamber of Commerce, Nat'l Association of African Americans in Human Resources, just to name a few.

A former business owner, development director and executive director of an entrepreneur development organization, I now leverage those skills as consultant. I am an active member of AFP-GPC (Assoc. of Fundraising Professionals, Philadelphia Chapter) and co-chair their Diversity & Outreach committee. I currently sit on the Penn State Agricultural Extension Board, and the Business Assoc. of West Parkside. My expertise lies in strengthening the links between your strategic plan and mission goals.  I understand how programming and organization differentiation can impact donor development.

I'll assist your organization in creating a PR and market strategy to support and advance your fundraising activity.  I'll help you build strategies to connect with former and lapsed donors; re-energize the board, staff, and engage the organization’s database around the organization’s mission.
